Chapter Clubs

These Clubs are founded under direct guidance of the WHO intendants, these clubs must adopt similar goals to that of the WHO itself, nonetheless Chapters retain economic and executie independence, electing its own officers and managing its own finances without WHO interference, and may also choose to focus their activities as a part of only one of the programs such as the  Artistic Development, Ecological Restoration or Natural History Departments.

Chartered Clubs

Already existing clubs, that are not part of other organizations may become Chartered Clubs. These clubs may associate themselves to the Organisation, nonetheless they retain full autonomy. These clubs can be very specified in their programs and goals, becomig; art, video, environment, history, native american, and science newspaper clubs.
